Kean Ocean has adjunct teaching opportunities for business professionals that are interested in bringing their expertise to the Kean Ocean classroom. We have an immediate need for someone to teach our MGS 2150 Business Statistics course (sample syllabus attached) but as our programs are expanding we will have more opportunities in Accounting, Finance, Management, Supply Chain, and Marketing. Evening classes meet once per week normally from 4:30-7:15 or 7:30-10:15, daytime courses normally meet once per week either in the morning or afternoon.

Just this week, Kean's College of Business and Public Management was recognized with business program accreditation by AACSB International. As an AACSB accredited program, we have the following minimum requirements for part time faculty:

> Hold a masters degree related to the course topic

> Have current professional experience related to the course they are teaching, recent retirees (within the past 3 years) qualify but will need to maintain engagement with industry going forward either through consulting or active participation in their professional organization/credentials

Compensation is competitive at approximately $5100 for a standard 3-credit course. I am glad to provide preliminary resume reviews for prospective instructors. The department chair will then arrange for a telephone interview.
